It grew up
with me.
Marshmallow treats have always felt like comfort to me. They bring back childhood memories, but I wanted to give them something of who I am now, too: more flavor, more indulgence, and the feeling of a treat that has matured with us.
There's something lovely about their simplicity—and so much room to explore. A little brightness. A little richness. That perfect finish of flaky sea salt. Familiar comfort, with a different kind of first bite.
02 · THE JOY OF MAKING
The first bite
is the best part.
I have always loved baking. But what I love even more is watching someone enjoy something I've worked hard to make.
The eyes closing.
The sigh of contentment.
The “Oh my gosh.”
That reaction is why I do this. I want these treats to turn ordinary moments into something a little more special… the kind of moments you want to linger in just a little longer.
